Added the ability to delete any deck created after updating to this version. Next update will include the ability to import and export decks by clicking links

Bug fixes! Fixed the bug where the same question came twice or more in a row, made it so you have to answer all the questions in a deck before the deck resets. Also fixed the problem where each question had the same 4 answer choices no matter when they were displayed. To fix: Need to add functionality for importing decks from strings and exporting decks to strings
