product development teams. From first concept to finished specification,
deepFormula guides your formulation decisions with structured workflows,
industry-standard taxonomies, and a built-in Claude AI assistant.

Start a new formulation with a step-by-step wizard that maps your product to
a two-level industry taxonomy — 8 major sectors (Food & Beverage, Personal
Care, Pharmaceuticals, Agrochemicals, Polymers & Plastics, Paints & Coatings,
Household & Industrial Cleaners, Nutraceuticals & Dietary Supplements) each
with detailed sub-categories. The wizard captures formulation type, processing
mode, and key performance targets, then launches the AI assistant with full
context for your specific domain.
— AI FORMULATION ASSISTANT —
Every formulation session opens a context-aware chat powered by Claude. Ask
about ingredient interactions, regulatory constraints, stability trade-offs,
or processing parameters. The assistant knows your industry, your formulation
type, and your stated objectives — answers are grounded in your session, not
generic responses.
— GENERATE & DIY MODES —
Generate mode lets the AI propose a complete starting formula based on your
targets — ingredients, percentages, processing notes, and rationale. DIY mode
gives you a structured blank canvas to build from scratch with AI guidance
available at every field. Switch between modes at any time.
— FOCUS GROUP SIMULATOR —
Simulate expert panel evaluation before physical prototyping. Define your
formulation attributes and target specifications, set the number of virtual
evaluators, and run a Monte Carlo simulation to estimate spec-pass probability
for each attribute. Understand which parameters carry the most risk before
committing lab resources. Results are presented as attribute-level statistics
with pass/fail probability distributions.
— FORMULATION LIBRARY —
Every session is saved to a searchable library. Review past formulations, compare
approaches across projects, export to PDF or CSV for lab notebooks and
regulatory dossiers, and share directly with your team. The library persists
across sessions with full chat history for each formulation.
— KNOWLEDGE BASE —
Build a persistent domain knowledge base for your organisation. Tag subjects,
link to formulation sessions, and surface relevant references inside the AI
chat. The knowledge base grows with your team's expertise and remains available
offline.
— DEMO MODE —
A fully guided interactive demo walks through a complete formulation scenario
— chocolate reformulation or fiberglass insulation design — in a step-by-step
walkthrough. No account or subscription required to explore the app. Share the
demo with stakeholders before purchasing.
— SYNOPSIS SHEET —
Each formulation generates a printable synopsis: industry classification,
formulation type, key targets, ingredient summary, and AI rationale — ready
to attach to a project brief or regulatory submission.
