Dexterity Cloud features the AES256-GCM encryption standard along with a password based key derivation function (PBKDF2) for securely encrypting sensitive text. It does not retain any data once it's closed as it's use is meant as a medium of encryption when communicating or sending notes in other platforms or cloud providers. Keys can be stored on the Secure Enclave for easy retrieval when encrypting or decrypting text.
