仕事で使
社内電話は全てダイヤルパッドで統一しています。固定電話は一切使っていません。地域を問わず仕事ができるので、大変便利に使っています。
安定しない
お客様への連絡に使用するよう会社の指示でやむ無く使用してますが、とにかくアプリが安定しません。
・着信がならない
・着信音が鳴っても受話できず、履歴を見ると1時間前の着信だった(意味不明)
・電話を切った後、通話相手から謎のワン切りが発生する(相手は電話していない)
・終話後、他のお客様へ直ぐに電話をすると何故か電話できない
・その後復旧するまでかなりの時間を要する
まだまだ不具合はありますが、個人的には直ぐにでも利用停止したいです。
企業に売り込むアプリとしてはかなりお粗末です。
これ以上の被害者が出ないことを望みます。
動作が不安定
電話が鳴らなかったり、切れた電話の履歴を見ようと思ったらすぐに反映されなかったりと、業務に支障をきたしています。他の方のレビューにもあるようなことが、未だに改善されずそのままです。
ブラウザで利用することをおすすめします。
