ECOru Mobile is the latest addition to the ECOru banking and finance ecosystem. ECOru Mobile is an extension of ECOru's core banking system designed exclusively for the usage of business owners and top management of commercial banks, savings banks, development banks, finance companies, micro-financiers, and credit unions. ECOru Mobile app provides a quick overview of the portfolio, transactions, and balances of your financial institution in your own smart device. ECOru Mobile also acts as a Management Information System (MIS) and provides vital information in order to instantly generate MI reports. ECOru Mobile provides information in a dashboard layout to increase readability. The application enables top management personal to monitor the state of the business (a helicopter view) at any given time from anywhere in the world. The cloud-native application has real-time updates for any changes recorded in the central core banking system. Login Screen\ Password & login and Home Screen After launching the user can to login into the application and create a new session. The app is protected by username and password as well as privileged access setups. Setting up privilege will ensure that no employee will have access to sensitive information not relevant to them. The privilege can be set up branch-wise as well. If a user has been granted access to a certain branch, they can access all of the up-to-date details of the particular branch. Every branch detail can be monitored separately if the user has been granted access. To get a helicopter view of the whole company, the user can select the all branches option. The app will not permit users to view details of branches they are not authorized. Home Page The home page of ECOru consists of four main functionalities. My portfolio Account Transactions Cash Balances Ledger Balances The My Portfolio module enables the user to check the following information. Loans and Advances (Total Outstanding balance of the loans): As per the predefined user privileges, the user can view either the loan information of all branches or one branch at a time. Real-time updated information of loans, advances, outstanding loan balances, and performing loans, non-performing loans (NPLs) and outstanding balances can be monitored. Savings (Total savings): The total balances of active and dormant accounts can be monitored in the savings function. Term Deposits (Total Term Deposits): The term deposits function enables to monitor details of both active and dormant term deposits as of date. The user can view account transactions and any changes made will be updated in real-time and could be monitored in the cash balances menu and ledger balance menu. The following details are available for review in the cash balance module, Cash In Hand - The total cash in hand amount of the company\branch List down bank accounts ATM - Display the primary branch’s relevant ATM Total Balance In the ledger balance module, the user can review the monthly transactions ledger and the trial balance. Both debit and credit balances could be viewed in the ledger modules. The application has a secure logout feature to protect data once a session has ended by the user. Important Please note that due to the cloud-native functionality of the application, ECOru mobile will function only when there is a working internet connection. In case of a connection failure, the user will be disconnected and notified. ECOru Mobile provides seamless connectivity to make you one with your business.
