Very easy to observe purchases and manage some aspect of the shop

The app seems to be a good option to easily access some aspects of the online business and manage them. I would strongly recommend to add folder in the message section in order to properly recognize where the messages come from as in the website. This could avoid spams and many issues associated to that. Thanks

Rough site full of scammers.

Hard to use, worst. I get messages from scammers pretending to be the operator, and there are also many people selling items with images obviously picked up from the internet, so it is not a place where you can buy and sell with peace of mind. This is probably all due to etsy's poor capabilities.

Worst message box ever!!!

I keep receiving messages that pretend to be from etsy's official account and try to deceive me. Those are malicious fraudulent accounts. Please take immediate action. I'm getting too many messages from malicious accounts trying to take over my account! ! ! !
