カメラ改善欲しい！
1. 録画1秒-2秒ぐらい遅くなる。 いつも人から遠く来るなのに、カメラの前だけから録画してる。カスタマーセンター問い合わせしても解決出来ない。ずっと検知感度上がてくださいだけ言ってる。もうレベル7最高だよ！
2. 録画+ライブどちらも同じ。何月は全部英語表示、変更不能。英語1-12月全員勉強？しかも何曜日も表示出来ない、日本バージョンでしたらせめて表示できるようにお願い！サポート何月前から問い合わせしても、更新後無し。
3. home base2とWi-Fiルータードア裏のすぐ側、決して電波弱いではありません。でも録画必ず何日1回もしくは何回録画されない時があります。例えば家出る時録画あり、帰った時無いよくあります。歩くスピードも普通です。 カメラ設置も説明通りやや横からの目線。

4. 防犯カメラのライブ画面見てる時、誰か来たら、録画しません。万が一泥棒、不審者など見たら、証拠ないなんて有りえない。防犯カメラの役目は記録でしょう？早く改善したほうがいい。

5.いろんな配達員(もしくは人)がカメラ前、2秒もしくは3秒動かないと、その後の録画がありません。その後荷物置いてるか(置き配)、持ち帰りましたか不明です。対策は録画時間1分～2分延長、無駄の録画と無駄の電池消耗しか無いみたい。改善希望欲しい、人がカメラ範囲内であれば、設定した録画時間までずっと録画して欲しいです。(もしくは今のようにカメラ範囲内まで消えるまで録画中止)
他の話けど、欧米アメリカは既にこのカメラproシリーズ結構前発売された、日本はまだまだいっぱい防犯カメラシリーズ販売されて無い。いつまで発売だな？
総合的には星3、防犯カメラとしてはおすすめします。理由は下:
電線要らない(使う頻度により電池消耗、自分は玄関ドア外のやや右上に設置、1日およそ6回から12回ぐらい、42日利用電池残り67%)
他の普通防犯カメラと比べ小さい(コンパクト)
どこでもつけられる(ほぼ工事不要)自分は結束バンド使っていろんな鉄パイプの上に設置。ネジ全部使っておりません。
16GB(実際使えるのは14.7gb)
ざっと見るストレージが少ない。実際は結構余裕かも。42日利用725個録画使ったのが2.13gb。その調子だと、5ヶ月から6ヶ月ぐらいの録画かもしれない？少なくとも4ヶ月。(利用回数と時間により個人差ある、あくまでも参考)
ライト、会話、アラーム機能など、個人によって、私は使ってない。
これらの問題はやめに解決したら、満点です。

公式サポートに問い合わせ回答としてもらった内容です。
eufy Securityアプリは、親機(スマホ)と直接Bluetoothで交信できる距離でしか位置情報は取れず、あくまで紛失防止として手元を離れる時に通知を出すと言ったことを想定したアプリ。
紛失して遠くに忘れて来た場合などに、今どこにあるかを追跡するためのものではないとのこと。
Bluetooth圏からトラッカーが離れ、更新不能状態になると、トラッカーの位置を示すeufyのアイコン(ピン)は、最終の位置情報更新地点に残るわけではなく、親機(スマホ)の位置に戻ってきてしまう。
一方、iPhoneを探すで使用した場合、離れていても現在地を示してくれる。
近くにAppleユーザーがいないなどして位置情報の更新ができなくても、最終更新地点がそのまま表示される。
トラッカー自体は悪くなくて、iPhoneを探すと連動できるあたりありがたいが、eufy Securityアプリについては正直使い物にならない。
必然的に、iPhoneを探すありきのトラッカーだと言える。
Scam eufy camera
Dont buy this cameras from eufy scammers. I bought expensive security cameras for my home security, but motion sensor and recording are not working at all. You can check all around the internet, how people disappointed about their money to wast for this garbage cameras. Eufy well pay for the cheap YouTuber to promote their junks. Customer are lost their money. My eufy security camera and home base i give away to my dog to play with it. Thats the only thing you can do with these junks.
