We are excited to unveil the new Autocharge feature, designed to make your EV charging journey more convenient and efficient than ever before.

Key Autocharge Features:

Activate Autocharge: Experience hassle-free charging by activating Autocharge, allowing you to simply plug in and start charging.

Edit Autocharge Settings: Update your Autocharge preferences at any time to suit your needs.

Pause and Resume Autocharge: Flexibility to pause and resume Autocharge as needed.

Remove Autocharge: Easily remove Autocharge if you no longer wish to use the feature.

Map Enhancements:

View Incompatible Autocharge Chargers: Incompatible chargers are clearly marked on the map, half sheet, full sheet, and payment page.

Site Notices for Incompatibility: Notifications on the payment page and half sheet if a selected plug is incompatible with Autocharge.

Map Icons: Icons indicate sites with incompatible chargers when Autocharge is active.

Onboarding Enhancements:

Autocharge Setup: New onboarding flow includes steps to set up Autocharge, ensuring a smooth start for new users.

Contextual Help: Additional information available through contextual help links during onboarding.

Vehicle Management: Improved vehicle search and addition process with support for the most popular brands.

Filter for Autocharge Compatible Chargers:

Map Filters: Toggle filters to display only Autocharge-compatible chargers on the map, improving search and navigation.

Filter Tally: Filter tally shown on the map view to keep track of applied filters.

Busy Times Graphs:

High-Utilization Sites: Added additional busy times graphs to the site details tab for better planning and convenience.
