めっちゃ効くけど

このアプリめっちゃいいです!休憩もあるし、長すぎないしで初心者にはぴったりです。時間を設定すれば通知がくるから3日ボウズの私でも続けられてます‼️でも、1つ言うとすればカロリー消費量がおかしいと思います。8分しただけで400キロカロリーも消費したと表示されます。モチベをあげるのにはいいかもしれないですがそれを目安にする人にとってはちょっと使いづらいかもしれないです。そこは改善してほしいです。

めちゃ自信持てる!

始めてまだ1ヶ月してないけど、出来るだけ続けてやってったら最近脚細くなったね!ってよく言われるようになって体重も1キロ落ちた❤️
トレーニングも見本的な?動画があったりして分からなくてもすぐできちゃう◡̈❤︎時間も短くて済むし、暇な時にパッと出来るから性格的にあっててトレーニングもするうちに達成感が嬉しくなってきてるから、これしないとムズムズしてくる!😂
このまま諦めずにがんばってキレイなボディ作ってオシャレしたーい❤️
お時間がない人、続けにくい人にかなりオススメ❤️❤️

むちゃ効く‼️

昨年の夏、ビキニを着る為真剣にやったところ、周りの人にすごく痩せたね〜って言ってもらえて、無事ナイスバディでビキニを着ることに成功(^-^)v もちろん、食事制限やランニングもしましたが、このアプリはすごいと思う。私の変化を見て私の周りの人はみんなこのアプリをダウンロードしました。ただ、以前はできていたと思われる、30日終わったらレポートはそのままで、何日目ってとこだけ消えるのがいつのまにかできなくなっていたことが残念(T-T)なので星-1 ここ何ヶ月かサボっていたのでレポート全削除して1日目から始めます‼️
