- You may start with just one goal per day. Keep it up for a few days before you change anything.
REVIEW YOUR DAY
- Use the review and gratitude routine at the end of the day. It’s optional. But it may be the most rewarding part :)
This is a trial version. Test all the features for two days and then decide if you’d like to upgrade to the PRO option for the full experience.
