Have a question for your AT? Use our HIPAA compliant messaging feature to chat with your athletic trainer, loop in coaches, and even jump on a video chat if necessary. Need to upload a form? We have an in-app scanner so you can attach a document to your profile quickly and securely.

* Treatment Kiosk - Patients can now add encounters for multiple body parts in one session
* Waiting room now shows patient name on screen during active call
* Added “#” as a password character option
Bug Fixes:
* Fixed issue where “Password Reset” button was not working
* Fixed issue where when approving a pending encounter, the pop up success message wasn’t disappearing
* Fixed paging issue related to treatment kiosk mode
* After logging in after inactivity, the Log Out countdown pop up no longer shows up
* Message notification count is now updated correctly when message is received while on conversation page
* Fixed issue where creating an emergency contact with permissions wasn’t actually granting primary user access
* Fixed issue where user would be logged out after accepting an access code invitation
* Fixed issue where adding a reason for rejecting a document will work
* Fixed issue where users couldn’t add a new version to an expiring document
* Fixed issue where users were unable to edit permissions for newly added group members on existing groups
* Fixed issue where an error was occurring when opening incident reports with date related background questions
* Looked into issue around getting an error when scanning documents
