Automatically exiting whenever I try to play an anime

I’ve never written a review on an app before but this needs to be addressed as I’m on my last nerve. I deleted this app the same night I downloaded it, this is because every time I tried to play an anime, it would immediately exit itself out of the app itself back to the devices Home Screen, it us heaps of great popular anime’s both in Japanese and English and would have been amazing as it’s completely free too. Except for the disappointing fact that it doesn’t even actually play anything. Please fix this so I can re download and watch my anime in English dub.
