Appointment not confirmed instantly

Its pretty bad wondering if my child who is ill and want to see a GP sooner rather later and told that the appointment has just been submitted but not confirmed…

Whats the point of this app if it cant confirm the appointment???

I had to re do my appointment again through the GP clinics website.

Will give credit on spending money to come up above the actual clinic on google but if the GP has its own booking system I would no recommend using hotdoc as it would not confirm your appointment. It only submits it. Which potentially means you can rock up to the GP and told that your appointment wasnt booked.
