With the HSL app you can buy tickets for Helsinki region public transport, find the best routes and get targeted traffic information. In the HSL app you will find e.g. single, day and season tickets for both adults and children. Bus, train, metro, tram and ferry – all with the same app. You can pay easily e.g. with a payment card.

In addition to tickets, there is also a journey planner in the HSL app. Journey planner tells you e.g. the best route and the ticket, which is needed for the route. In the HSL app, you can also see up-to-date transport information for the areas and lines you have selected. HSL app does not support Siri shortcuts.

Nice UX app

I’m happy with this app, especially the capability of purchasing 30 days ticket and quick journey planner, thanks!
I like the simple UI, I can use the app without being confused.

I hope I could check my ticket and also enable the inspection mode on my Apple Watch.
As well, regarding payment, I’d like to use Apple Pay as a payment method, and it’d be nice if I can renew my ticket automatically.

I hope those features get available in the future, thanks!

I had a trouble when I registered new phone number

It kept saying “Saving failed” though there is no issue with internet connection on the number.

Hello, the most likely reason this would happen is that the number is already in use with another user account. In case you lost your old login details, you can make a password reset also using your phone number. In the event this does not solve the issue, please contact CS directly and we'll investiagate the issue. /Kristian HSL
