＜サービスの特徴＞
1.個人・家族のご利用向けです。
2.お出かけ、通院、介護施設などからの外出など、介護タクシーを使いたいときにアプリで簡単に予約することができます。
3.ご利用日時、乗車する方の特徴を入力すると、条件に合う介護タクシーに予約依頼が配信されます。
4.ご乗車される方の情報を事前登録することでスムーズに配車依頼ができます。
5.送迎予定日時、概算見積もり料金が通知されるので安心です。
6.日時、料金を見て都合のよい介護タクシーを選ぶことができます。
7.往復、貸切の予約も可能です。
8.過去の予約履歴から簡単に予約することもできます。
9.お気に入りの介護タクシーを登録して依頼することもできます。
10. プライバシーを守ります。
●お名前、番地・マンション名等は予約が確定した介護タクシーに最後に通知されます。
●予約確定前は、アプリ内通話でタクシー事業者から連絡がきます。電話番号は相手に通知されず、記録も残りません。
（*）予約確定後は、公衆回線に切り替わります。
＜利用の注意事項＞
●ご予約の日時に配車可能な介護タクシーが見つからない場合があります。
●タクシーの送迎予定日時はその時点における予測です。交通事情等により変動する場合があります。
●見積り料金は概算です。交通事情や介護サービス内容等により変動する場合があります。
●ご利用には運賃、待機料金、迎車料金、高速料金その他の福祉輸送サービスの対価がかかります。料金は、各介護タクシーに直接お支払いください。
●キャンセル料は、各介護タクシーが定めるところによります。
