CTBC Mobile manage your CTBC Bank account on the move, whenever and wherever you happen to be, with this personal banking app. CTBC Mobile offers banking and informational services to make a simple banking experience easily, conveniently and securely. Its features range from simple fund transfer up to payment transactions.

Easily conduct regular payments to take the hassle out of paying bills – phone, electricity, water/utilities, internet. Conveniently also to buy train tickets, prepaid phone and electricity pulses.
**ATM AND BRANCHES ACCESS**
Find ATMs and branches near your current location or search by city, state or zip code with our built in location searcher.
To use CTBC Mobile app, you must have:
- Banking account with CTBC Bank
- An active mobile number from Indonesian GSM provider (please ensure that this number is registered in CTBC Bank system)
- Internet connection (via WiFi or mobile phone data packet)
CTBC Mobile works only when user has downloaded the iOS apps to their mobile devices from App Store. The application will require you to:
- Do the Registration process through all CTBC Bank branches or self registration through the CTBC Bank website.
- Activate your mobile banking User-ID
- Accept the terms and conditions and create your own password of Mobile PIN to access CTBC Mobile.
- After the activation process is successful, you will be directed to main menu and enjoy all CTBC Mobile features.
- Password and PIN are needed to access and authorize financial transactions through CTBC Mobile.

CTBC Mobile is a free-to-download banking application. Your mobile network carrier may charge access fees and charges depending upon your individual access activities. CTBC Bank is committed to protecting your privacy and security from Online and Mobile fraud. The technical security includes state-of-the-art encryption technology, firewalls and secure logon to protect your accounts from unauthorized users of online and mobile banking transactions.
