Whether providing access to business email, a virtual desktop session, or most other iOS applications, AnyConnect enables business-critical application connectivity. Through the use of Datagram Transport Layer Security (DTLS), TCP-based applications and latency-sensitive traffic (such as voice over IP [VoIP]) are provided an optimized communication path to corporate resources. Additionally, the Cisco Secure Client support IPsec IKEv2 with Next Generation Encryption. I’m in charge of IT department in my company, my colleges can not connect our VPN server with this client due to this client DNS lookup failed, I tried to send support requests to Cisco support they just told me it’s NOT use case.Could you tell me how do you define USE CASE?VPN is not included in our Plus license?We paid thousands of dollars for AnyConnect, that’s the support we got.

中国から使用しています。アップデート前は5回に1回は繋がらないことや、繋がっていても途中で切れることがありました。不便を感じていましたが、VPNを使うのは初めてだということと値段も他に比べて安かったのでそんなもんかと思っていました。数日前にインストールしてから初めてアップデートがあったのですが、そこからはもう最悪です。まず、繋がらない。本当に繋がらない。今までは5回に1回繋がらないことがありましたが、今では15回に1回しか繋がらなくなりました。ストレスでしかない。やっと繋がったかと思えば、以前よりもページの読み込みが遅くてストレスです。前も決して早くはなかったのですが、もうそれ以上です。なんで！？という気持ちでいっぱいです。アップデートではなく、ダウングレードです。他の国での接続状況が分かりませんが、仕事をする上でも使用しているため、このままの状況が続くようであれば、もうお金は戻ってきませんが（年会費払いのため）他を検討しなければいけないな...と考えています。どうか、アップデートまでは望みません。最低限、以前のように戻してください...。
