I wasn’t able to open the app even though I had an active subscription. Contacted the developer through email. No response. Was locked out for months. Cameras appear offline when they are online in home app and other platforms. Useless!!Now the plus add on costs more than the regular subscription. What a joke!! Regular subscription is 6000, with plus it is 13000. 7000 just to run a hub feature.

Dev offered a lifetime unlock, then took features out of it to sell back for a subscription with the new update, and rebranded the existing one to “essential”. Not acceptable. The new version should have been a new app and not a forced update that removed functionality. Don’t offer an expensive lifetime license when you don’t plan to support it.
