(2014/06/19)I confirmed that equalizer bug has been fixed. Thank you for quick response.(Previous review)Used with Beosound Explore. Unable to edit and delete the equalizer in the latest version now. Need to sign in with account, so reinstalling the app doesn't solve the problem. I thought about creating a new account, but if it's a bug in the app, it's pointless. I find this very inconvenient, and strongly demand that it improved as immediately.

2025/Jul/07Suddenly, log out, and logged in again, but my setting was removed all…..Apl/18 UpdateI have some B&Os ear phones, 1stly, I tried to connect to my E8 3rd Gen with new app version, but it cannot be recognized to my phone….Old version can be connected….Please resolve this issue as soon as possible…アイコンの意味がよく分からない、、、Beoplay EXを使ってるがノイキャンの意味なのか、はたまた逆なのか、、、（本体自体もあまりノイキャンが強めじゃないから）音質自体は最高なのですが^^ あとイコライザ設定もめんどくさくなった既存の設定を微調整したいと思っても新しく追加しないといけなくなったぽいし次のアップデートでまた良くなるのを待ってます！

製品登録はできており、使用しているiPhoneの Bluetoothとの接続もできているのにアプリ上では接続できていないとなる。結果として、サウンドモードを調整したいのにできない。アプリの一つ一つの動作がすべて固まったまま。サポートへのメッセージ送信の動作も固まったままでできないため、ここに記しました。【追記】その後、サポート窓口にWEBからアクセスでき、そのアドバイスに従い、アプリ削除に加えて、製品の登録自体も一旦削除しえから、アプリの再ダウンロードと製品の再登録で接続することができました。サポート窓口は大変親切でした。（評価☆1から☆4に変更）ただ、なぜいつの間にかアプリとの接続がはできなくなっていたか不明なので、その点は改善していただきたいです。

Hi,there! thank you for the good product.I’d like you to revise one point.When i connect with typec for hi-res sound , it automatically prioritize bluetooth connection. So,I bother to cut bluetooth connection on my i phone, check typec connection on your app, and reconnect through bluetooth for with Dolby Atomos sound.The point is I’d like easy select for typec connection or bluetooth connection on your app.From a huge fan of you in Japan.
