Öncelikle teşekkür ediyorum. Ben yurtdışından geçen sene İzmir’e geldiğimde İzmir havaalanında bavulum kırılmıştı geri bildirim yapıp cevap beklememe rağmen hiçbir hiçbir şey elime geçmedi. Ayrıca tuttuğum raporu ve de diğer bilgi ve resimleri göndermeme rağmen. Gayret etmenize rağmen böyle şeyler insanı üzüyor.

First time user. Choosing a paid seat was difficult and confusing. On my checkin details I have 2 seats! Why? The app wouldn’t let me type in my address at first. Countries in the drop-down list are not entirely alphabetical; some countries (most popular?) are listed at the top but not immediately visible. The whole checkin procedure took me nearly an hour. No option to view or print out my boarding pass. Not a fun experience.

乗るはずだったフライトが無くなり、代替え便では予約していた足元の広い席は座面が倒れない席に勝手に変えられている。違う便では、ターキッシュのホームページとメールで送られてきた座席表が違った為、5.200円の足元が広い席ではない席を予約してしまっていた。変更するにはキャンセル料がかかると言われる。両フライトとも、安い方の席に変更せざる得なかった。差額分は返ってこない。ターキッシュのサポートセンターに電話しても、全く話にならない。運行スケジュール変更は乗客の都合ではなく、航空会社の都合なのだから、座席の差額は返金すべき。搭乗するのは来年なので、スムーズに無事に旅行できることを望む。
