Stay Connected to Those Who Matter Most
myViaPath Visits (formerly GettingOut Visits) is the official video visitation service helping over 1 million friends and family stay connected with loved ones in correctional facilities.
Getting started is simple. Find your loved one and their facility, create an account, and myViaPath Visits will guide you through the services available to you.
- Schedule video visits
- Participate in secure video visits
- Access on-demand visitation
- Choose remote or on-site visitation options (where available)
- Pay only for the actual minutes used during your visit
- View upcoming and past visits
- Receive visit notifications and updates
- Manage your account and payment methods
Every facility is different. Services and availability vary by correctional facility.
New name. Same trusted connection.
