Hello - Apologies for the inconvenience caused while trying to install the Plugo Application. We have checked the model number Vankyo S30, the device has a 10.1 inch screen with a center aligned camera which will not detect the kits properly due to the height of the camera in the device. Hence the device would not be compatible to use with the Plugo App. We request you to please use any other alternate device to install the Plugo application for flawless better experience.The devices which has the front Camera in the short side of the device works fine for Plugo App. Please write to us at reachout@playshifu.com for assistance.
