Konecranes CheckApp is a digitalized and cost-effective way for overhead crane operators to record daily or pre-shift inspection information. The daily inspection is an operator’s own assessment of the condition of an asset and environment for safe use. Daily inspections are statutory requirement in several countries and good practice for the safe operation of lifting equipment.
Daily inspection records from CheckApp are accessible in the yourKONECRANES customer portal. The inspection information can be used for maintenance planning and provides an audit trail to help you stay compliant.

• 15 checkpoints that follow the guidance set in the ISO 9927 standard and in applicable statutory regulations
• Allows the addition of customized site-specific checkpoints
• If you mark a checkpoint as failed, you can add comments and a photo
• Each checkpoint has instructions on what to look for during the inspection
• Users stay signed in saving time when using the app frequently
• Available per asset – the number of users is not limited, users only see the locations they are assigned to
