Korean Air Cargo application is designed to enhance your whole cargo experience. One touch solution to access different cargo specific functions like –Booking, My Cargo, Schedule, Tracking and Operations. 1. BOOK AND UPDATE YOUR SHIPMENTS HASSLE FREE A logged in user can make bookings for the schedules listed in Korean Air Cargo application. An already existing booking can also be edited through the Korean Air Cargo application. It also supports Booking List feature which contains the list of bookings made by the user based on flight date. 2. TRACK AND GET REAL TIME UPDATES Tracking feature provides users with information such as status updates from booking till delivery, piece - weight information and flight routing information. Users can also check the Flight level booking status instantly in the Reservation Information section. In addition, logged in users can subscribe for E-mail/SMS notification and view tracking history. 3. SEARCH FOR FLIGHT SCHEDULES This feature enables users to view scheduled flights online and proceed for bookings. Search for Daily Schedule, Weekly Schedule and Flight Operation Status by selecting the Origin and Destination Airports. 4. MY CARGO - A PERSONALIZED DASHBOARD EXPERIENCE FOR USER My Cargo provides the personalized and customized contents associated with a logged in user for better agent engagement and customer experience. In order to fetch new updates, user can use the refresh button. 5. OPERATIONS This feature enables the users to have the customs clearance status result for US bound shipments, EU (European Union) bound shipments, lists down the AWBs which are boarded and offloaded from flights and view the quantity/weight of cargo that has been accepted into the departure terminal for a particular MAWB. Along with accessing the cargo specific functions, users can view different menu items which helps them to understand the details of the different products, various services offered, different terms and associated policies, customer support, cargo business related information etc in Korean Air Cargo application.
