Blood Pressure TRACKER is a smart way to manage your blood pressure measurements and track your progress. Our app is a tool to collect, track and analyze your blood pressure and pulse data on a daily basis. It is a functional blood pressure record card. Also you can simply add and edit your measures. As a result - your records are always available for analyze. How it works: - Measure your blood pressure as usual with your blood pressure monitor - Launch the app - Enter your values - Done! Disclaimer: - The app may only be used as a tool to record, share and keep track of blood pressure measurements. Blood Pressure app cannot measure blood pressure without a physical device (blood pressure monitor). - The app is NOT a substitute for a doctor or professional healthcare or advice. Any health-related information provided is for informational purposes only and should not be used to replace the advice of healthcare professionals. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. An account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Settings. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
