Pasa Load with gigapay

I used to have a Pasa entry in the gigapay section but now it is gone and I am having trouble. I would like to be able to do Pasa Lord in gigapay like before.

Sorry for the inconvenience with the Pasa Feature in GigaPay, 使えんこんなもの. Please try reinstalling the app and logging in again. Clearing the app’s cache might also resolve the issue. Please be informed that Pasa Features is working for Smart Postpaid, Smart Signature, and Smart Bro Postpaid but is currently on hold for Smart Bro Prepaid and Smart Bro Home WiFi/Prepaid Home WiFi users.
