One day all my apps suddenly stopped being blocked. I contacted the support center but no reply. Please fix the bug as soon as possible. Or refund the 7,000 yen. This is the worst app ever.

The lock can’t be used at all. No matter how many time I try using the lock, it always have some trouble, and though waste my free three sessions. I would have paid for the premium, but I don’t want to pay for this if I can’t use it.
