MTX Connect Business app allows traveling or teleworking employees connected with MTX Connect SIM/eSIM to monitor their mobile data consumption, request more data from your company’s account manager, access MTX Connect knowledge-base or get online assistance from the support team.
With Always Online feature enabled on all MTX Connect Business accounts, your remote employees can use the app to reach you or our support team anytime even if they are out of mobile data.
FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES
Connectivity with a single SIM-card/eSIM to local GSM partner networks with roaming extension to more than 130 countries world wide.
Establish dedicated IP routing schema with personalized APN settings in the mobile terminals to insure direct IP connectivity with IT infrastructure resources and applications without a need to use plain internet as a transport and complex VPN connections and at the remote sites/staff places.
Configure a precise definition of IP services available through the established connection between SIM cards and Centralized IT resources for example:
- SIM/eSIM connectivity can be limited to only to a list of critical services required for the remote staff operations;
- speed and throttling limitations to control the mobile data link bandwidth use;
- restrictive blacklists for useless, entertaining, not-business related traffic to avoid misuse and violation of IT and Security Policies;
- operational management web-based portal that allows to track the connectivity, quality and usage on a per SIM/eSIM basis.
SMS transit and emergency communication to SMS enabled devices of the remote staff members.
VoIP integration with Luxembourg (+352 655 xx xx xx) and UK (+44 877 xx xx xx) numbering capacity to enable direct integration with existing corporate VoIP solution.
