Speed Player is a Safari extension that allows you to easily change the playback speed for any video on the web. Whether you need to speed up lectures or slow down international movies, Speed Player has got you covered. Speed Player does not access or collect any data from websites you visit. It requires access to read and modify websites you visit to change the speed of videos. With Speed Player you can set a default playback speed which will be applied to every video, or videos that exceed a certain length. You can also use customisable keyboard shortcuts to quickly increase or decrease the playback rate.
