All this has been possible due to the support of our satisfied customers or patrons, as we wish to refer them. Since we serve our customers through such a dedication and commitment, each day is a ‘seasonal day’ for us. So we are able to give that extreme visibility to the brands which are associated with us. So Ideal is literally the ideal place where the home appliances companies are able to leverage on brand promotion and in turn raise the brand value.
The Ideal story began in 2001, with our leaders coming together with the vision to provide a unique experience for consumers in the capital city. Since its humble beginnings at the flagship showroom (location), Ideal strived to be in the forefront in bringing all the leading brands and catering to the diverse budgets of consumers. The venture has since grown dotting various locations, both downtown and outskirts of the city, to be a trusted household name. A core management team has been instrumental in building the trust with a set of principles and values that is the backbone to the success of Ideal. We firmly believe in the three ‘I’s - Identification,Innovation and Implementation. Identification of the customer requirements, innovation in a consistent manner and Implementation at the right time are the three pillars of Ideal Home Appliances. Our history, our present and our future, these three aspects are driven by these three philosophies.
