On the log in screen, tap Need help logging in? > I'd like to reset my password.

Set up your new password
Step 3
Log in with your BDO Online username and new password.
Your new password will also reflect in the BDO Online website and the BDO Pay app.

There’s money on the account. It’s says unsuccessful transaction but doesn’t say why. It takes a long time to get one transaction done every time. I was forced to update since I cannot use the app without updating. After update it always says that I got the wrong password so I set up a new password still cannot log in. I will stop using this app and maybe will stop Banking with BDO. Its troublesome for their costumers.

Deleted the old app and downloaded this but I can’t log in. Wth? Now im just using the browser version. This app is useless. Maybe check for bugs first before release???
