I have been trying all week to get to the elusive customer care team — I tried the app, I tried the live call, the landline, etc. I have not received a reply since. I understand they are experiencing high volume but they are almost unreachable — well duh, since most enquiries have to be done via calls? I wonder when will I ever get to speak to these folks to get my Silver card.
