I like the Epicurious site and loved the idea of having the recipes--and the ability to generate shopping lists--on my iPhone. The app installed smoothly, but when I tried my first search, I ran up against a major snag: I cannot move beyond the first of the twelve hits. There are little red forward and backward arrows on screen below the introduction to the first recipe and the "View Recipe" button that should, I would assume, take me to the next or previous recipe. Poking at them with a finger or smaller blunt object, however, has not worked for me. I am stuck on the screen for the first recipe.Moreover, if I do click on "View Recipe," there is no obvious way to return to the original set of hits. The "Add to Favorites" and "Add to Shopping List" features do work nicely, though.I am looking forward to an improved version!
