着用動画がめちゃくちゃありがたい。全ファッション通販net-a-porterを見習ってほしい。一方で、ネットやSNS上での口コミが少なくて正直不安になる場面が多いです。例えば「返品時の返金は商品代金と税金の2回に分かれる」って案内もあるけど、規約には「税金は返金しません」って書いてあったりします。これは結局返金してもらえたので無駄に不安になっただけでした、、、 不安に思うことがあったら遠慮せずカスタマーケアさんにメールしたほうが良さそう。あと相性もあるから1人のカスタマーケアさんの印象で決めずにまた聞いてみたりしたほうが良さそう。（クレーマーになれって意味じゃないよ！）
