However, IT cannot see personal information such as personal email, text messages, personal contacts, photos and videos and voicemail.

This tool can't distinguish between private and company data. Acess to all private data is possible and my private nicks and data is lost if the tool is not configured well. Completely Intransparent for any user and no way to stopIt.
