このアプリは最悪。ドイツにおいて翌朝のために予約したのに、当時時間を過ぎても配車が決まらないだけでなく『車を探しています』と予約の時刻を過ぎても時間稼ぎをされて、挙げ句の果てに『見つかりませんでした』と言って予約自体を取り消された。そのせいで30ユーロくらいで予約していたのに109ユーロもかかるUberを呼ばざるを得なくなってしまった。酷すぎます。This app is terrible.I made a reservation in Germany for the next morning, but even after the scheduled time passed, no driver had been assigned. Instead, the app kept saying “Looking for a car,” wasting time past the reservation time, and eventually it canceled the booking saying “No car found.”Because of that, although I had originally booked for around €30, I ended up having to call an Uber that cost €109.This is absolutely unacceptable.
