Browse and search the 2026 edition free, or subscribe to unlock the FY 2027 edition and additional workspace features. FIND THE CODE YOU NEED Search by code, diagnosis, medical abbreviation, or everyday terminology. Explore related results and use contextual laterality filters to narrow your search. BROWSE WITH CONTEXT Navigate chapters, sections, and code details. Review available inclusion terms, exclusions, and coding instructions. The active edition and its effective period are displayed in the app. COMPLETE REQUIRED CHARACTERS Choose available seventh-character extensions and keep the selected code visible as you scroll. Category codes require a more specific code where indicated. FREE REFERENCE ACCESS Browse and search the April 2026 ICD-10-CM edition without subscribing. Free users can save up to 10 favorite codes and organize them in folders, with banner ads. UNLOCK THE 2027 EDITION An active subscription immediately unlocks the FY 2027 ICD-10-CM edition. Existing active subscribers do not need an additional purchase. Choose your active edition using the edition control in Browse, Search, or Favorites. YOUR PROFESSIONAL WORKSPACE Subscribe for unlimited Favorites, Personal Notes editing, iCloud Sync, and an ad-free experience. Keep coding reminders connected to your saved codes. Do not enter patient-identifying information in notes. PREVIOUS PAID OWNERS Eligible previous paid-app owners retain unlimited Favorites and an ad-free experience without subscribing. The 2026 reference remains available. Access to the 2027 edition, Personal Notes editing, and iCloud Sync requires an active subscription. YOUR SAVED WORK IS PRESERVED If your subscription expires, existing Favorites remain accessible and saved Personal Notes remain readable. Notes editing, iCloud Sync, and access to the 2027 edition require an active subscription. The free favorite limit applies only to new saves; existing saved codes are never deleted. CHOOSE THE APPROPRIATE EDITION The April 2026 edition applies to April 1–September 30, 2026. The FY 2027 edition applies to October 1, 2026–September 30, 2027. Use the edition appropriate to the applicable encounter or discharge date. Subscription access begins immediately, including before the selected edition’s effective date. SUBSCRIPTIONS Choose a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription. Existing six-month subscriptions remain supported, including restoration. Prices and any eligible introductory offer are displayed before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
