Great app except payment system

I’m satisfied with the app as a mobile security system. Unfortunately, however, the payment system seems to have a bug. I paid 360yen for a monthly subscription but the app said I paid only 3yen.The support desk said they could adjust the account manually if I would send them a copy of the bill.I don’t want to bother them every month.hope the engineers will fix the problem asap then I will resume the subscription.

プレミアム版解約が分かりづらい

プレミアム版自動更新を解約しようと思ったら説明にある「登録をキャンセル」ボタンなんて何処にも見当たらない。これはとても不親切。そこでネットで調べたらなるほど出てきました。iOS端末の「設定」をタップし、「iTunes Store と App Store」を選択画面の上部に表示されている Apple ID をタップ「Apple IDを表示」をタップサインインしていなければ、パスワードを入力してサインイン「登録」をタップ当該アプリを選択「登録をキャンセルする」をタップ「確認」をタップこうすれば良いのね。ここに気付かず困っている人も多いのでは？

解約やアカウントを無効化する際に公式サイトでの説明が不親切、わかりずらいこともあって手こずりました。また、プレミアム版と無料版の登録変更も不明瞭でした。サービス自体は満足ですが、上記のような点で重複課金や解約したと思い込んで自動更新での支払いになっている方は泣き寝入りするしかないのですかね。
