Fixing photoslibrary of PHPhotosErrorDomain Error 1000

I had trouble with damaged photoslibrary on Catalina, "The operation couldn’t be completed. (PHPhotosErrorDomain error 1000.)", however, I could open the library by Photo.app after scanning was done.

Fast processing, easy to use, heaps of options, and seemly stable (no crashes yet even when processing a 200 GB photo library). It has saved me a lot of time and storage space. Highly recommended.
