Upon returning to my country, I got a new phone number and tried to update it in the app, but it turns out that I can’t change it to a phone number from a different country. Worse, my account was suddenly locked, so now I can’t log in or access my funds.A representative at Kiwibank Auckland assured me I’d be able to change my phone number after returning home, but that clearly wasn’t the case—and now my account is locked. It’s been a nightmare, and I feel extremely frustrated.I’ve tried calling customer service multiple times, but no one ever answers, even after waiting over an hour on hold. Plus, I’m paying for these international calls. They really need an alternative contact method, like email.I have no idea what’s going on, and I need help to resolve this.
