Using this app since 2016. No issues at all but now (2021) this app dosen’t allow me to add my new trip. Fix the problem as soon as you can.

In mobile web bad UX. Loading takes forever and not getting closed. Stuck. Don’t know what to do. If I close the app my booking will gone? Overall it’s okay app. Not clear UX, for example seat selection part is mess. It cost me $100!!!

Staffs are doing great services but app and website are too slow and I didn’t expect taking do much time for booking.
