ACCESS:
The Reuters app is free to download. In order to gain full access to the Reuters app, you will need to sign-in / register and complete the subscription process within the app. Subscriptions are not available in certain territories. For these territories, users will continue to receive access via our free registration process.
SUBSCRIPTION AND AUTOMATIC RENEWALS:
Your subscription plan renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment will be charged by Apple at confirmation of your subscription purchase.
Your account will be charged (in advance) automatically for renewal at the applicable price and at the selected frequency (whether monthly, annually or another period) within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal by accessing your Apple Account Settings after purchase (at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

As an avid Reuters app user, the new format is the app update is great! I can see the headline and summary and if there are photos I can scroll through them. I really like the new update!
Poor AirPlay Expereince

I like watching the Reuters news videos. But when I connect to my TV using AirPlay, the onscreen buttons Rewind 15/Pause/Forward 15, and the words “Connected to AirPlay”remain right in the middle of the screen very distracting. They do not automatically disappear, which would be the expected behavior. Same problem on both iPad and iPhone.
I used the news tv app for a long time but then it got merged with this app since this week and the functionalities and usability are just laughable... so frustrating... bring back the video download mode + bring back video playing in background mode asapSeriously making such a move to merge apps and not making sure that you keep same level of user friendliness is just not serious what kind of company is this...
