The app has been improved a lot and now very easy to use for a frequent flyer. The UX is fairly good, critical information is displayed clearly.

App itself is okay but kept shorting the wrong gate information for 2 hours. Hope am i supposed trust any other updates from the app if it can’t tell me where its planes are departing from

What a horrible mess

First, this app requires way too much personal information for checking things like the flight status. After the lengthy account creation is done, one has to sign up for their mileage program or can’t use the app.At the same time, the web is full of contradictory information on their long strike.Horrible service from a horrible airline!

Make more of your journey with the SAS app. Arrange hotel accommodation directly in the app when eligible during flight disruptions. Buy and manage travel eSIMs easily from your Profile, More and Wallet. Enjoy an improved Wallet with easier access to your travel essentials. Update your check-in details even after checking in. Find your perfect seat with an improved seat map. Plus, general improvements and bug fixes for a smoother travel experience.
