I am an ofw in japan. My app is working fine until bpi prompted me to re-register again my phone. it is very difficult to register my phone now because they need me to send a text message to them but the problem is I need to input “010” to the telephone number to send my text to the Philippines but now it is impossible because the process is under time pressure (5-7seconds). I now cannot use the app! BPI fix this problem or just remove the OTP!

I upgraded my phone to a new model, I cannot add my account to my new phone, palaging failed. Now I cannot use my mobile banking kaya I always opted to send money to my other online banking instead kasi I can no longer use. I tried online banking using browser but it will always ask to approve via mobile key, walang option for otp. When I still had my old phone kahit na nagsesend na ng mobile key, wala naman dumadating sa app na request.

First time using BPI, and I'm very disappointed with their app. I've been trying to send money to my other bank acc for days but its always fails due to an error. I tried to reach their customer service but they only sent me an email that I should check my balance for any changes within 2 days. And there's no changes at all. I also notice that this app lacks versatility unlike other banking apps. Very frustrating.

Pangit ang bago nyong app napaka unresponsive! Sira yung phone ko nag rereceive ng mobile key kaya nag install nalang ako ng bagong app nyo pero kahit anong register ko ayaw padin tanggapin! Ayosin nyo naman ito! Ilang ulit na ako nag reach out sa customer service nyo, pinapahanap ako ng ATM eh andito nga ako sa JAPAN walang bpi ATM dito! Ibalik nyo na lang yung dating app nyo mas ok pa yun.
