Duality Fitness is an online fitness platform that is dedicated to guiding you to your goals using fun, effective and balanced workouts. With a variety in the amount of time, effort and equipment required (or none at all), you will have a fun and effective workout no matter your limitations. With our approach you will be able to find a challenging workout that suits you wherever you are; whether it be for 15 minutes during your lunch break at the office or a full hour at the gym, we will provide you with the tools you need to be able to attain your goals without having to fret over the small stuff.
Your trainers, Martin and Carlo, have found value in combining their training styles to enhance their own training routines. This app is the fusion of all of their work presented to you on a neat and accessible platform that caters to all your training needs.

For each of these training styles, there are workouts at varying difficulty levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced).
