“Christmas Tales Solitaire” is a unique game that combines the fun of solitaire with the magic of Christmas tales. As you progress through the game, you will uncover the paragraphs of 15 Christmas tales based on works by famous authors and popular legends.
The tales include “The Three Wise Men”, “The Elves and the Shoemaker”, “The Nutcracker”, “A Christmas Carol”, “The Little Match Girl”, “The Gift of the Magi”, “The Snowman”, “The Night Before Christmas”, “Tomte, the Christmas Gnome”, “Papa Panov’s Special Christmas”, and five original tales by Jose Varela.
The goal of the game is to clear the board by drawing the next or previous card to the one at the bottom. Additional points are awarded for “streaks” (removing several cards in a row without drawing a new card). Plus, you’ll have various missions that will challenge you throughout the game.
In certain levels, you’ll have the help of a wild card, which you can use whenever you want by replacing the card you need. It’s very useful for building long streaks. There are also red and black wild cards, which work the same way but only among red or black cards.
Each drawn card is worth 100 points, and if it’s a streak, it’s worth an additional 50 points. This means that the longer the streak, the more points you’ll get.
