I just started to use it, but I found really great how customizable is. I was looking for something for upper levels and this one noticeably pushes you further and out of your comfort zone.

The Call History feature is currently unavailable, which means there is no way to review previous conversations. For language learners, being unable to revisit conversations and feedback is a significant limitation.What concerns me most is that there is currently no clear timeline for when the issue will be resolved.If this feature is important to you, I recommend being aware of the situation before subscribing.現在、Call History機能が利用できず、過去の会話を振り返ることができません。英語学習において、会話内容やフィードバックを見返せないことは大きな制約です。さらに、いつ復旧するのかについて明確な案内がなく、現時点では解決時期もわからない状況です。この機能を重視して利用を検討している方は、その点を理解したうえで契約することをおすすめします。

時間を設定するとAI講師から電話がかかってくるというのが面白いと思いました。トーク時間ではなく、自分が実際に発話した時間がカウントされるというのも、発話量を増やす上では有意義だと思います。AI講師の反応もリアルです。一方で、聞き取りの精度についてはあまり高くない印象を持ちました。時々発した言葉と全く違う風に聞き取られます。自分の発音のせいなのかとも思いましたが、他の英会話アプリではそんなことはないので、精度の問題ではないかと。その聞き取りの間違いによって生じる誤解を、講師が笑うのも印象が悪いです。また、コースを選んで受講する仕組みではないので、ひたすら一度話したテーマについて講師に深掘り質問をされます。自分でこれを勉強したいと伝えることも必要です。設定で講師の性格を選べますが、設定を変えてもあまり違いは感じませんでした。もっと親身になってくれると良いのになと思います。

I purchased a 12-week subscription to Fluently, but on the fifth day, I lost access to my account. I can't log in with my email address at all, tried to download the app again, but it doesn’t even open now. I am waiting for them to solve the issue, but still no answer. I really regret for choosing this app.
