Improved detection of paid status on first launch.

This release adds a button on the right side of the toolbar that allows you control whether racks are collapsed automatically when navigating away from them. This behavior was always enabled in prior versions. Requires that any control surface be selected in the Live preferences. Select "ADVANCE" if you do not have one.

Fixes a bug for paid users that was showing the Trial paywall.

This release improves reliability of network communication when paired with v37 or newer of the Knobbler plugin and includes some small visual adjustments.

Now with iPhone support! Also adds Current Param Slider functionality in combination with v36 of the Knobbler device for Ableton Live.

With v32 of the Knobbler device, adds rack Variation recall, save, and delete to Racks displayed in the Bluhand tab. Also adds a button to randomize the Macro dials.

Usability improvements including: - Double tap a slider value to return to default - Single tap a slider to map to the selected parameter - Tap the track name on a Knobbler page slider to select that track. Handy for changing mixer settings for devices with mapped parameters.
