This app sucks

I feel extremely frustrated and disappointed with this app.I tried the 3-day trial hoping to explore meaningful Bible content. However, during the trial I quickly realized that the updates were very limited and the content was far from comprehensive. Because of that, I deleted the app and assumed that was the end of it.What I didn’t realize is that the subscription would continue charging every single week unless it was manually cancelled. I also never received any email reminder or notification about the ongoing charges. As a result, I had absolutely no idea that money was being taken from my account week after week for an app I wasn’t even using anymore. When I finally discovered the 9900 yen charges (about 62USD), I immediately tried to request a refund. The request was rejected. I then tried contacting the developer by email and Instagram, but there has been no response at all. This whole experience feels incredibly unfair and honestly very upsetting. Charging users weekly without clear reminders, and then ignoring customer support requests, is not the kind of experience anyone should have with an app. Please be very careful if you are thinking about trying this app. If you start the trial, make sure you cancel it immediately, otherwise the charges will continue and you might not even realize it.I truly hope the developer will take responsibility and address this situation.
