BrainGamma40Hz is an experimental iOS app that delivers a calming, variable and rhythmic light experience using your device’s flashlight, inspired by brainwave entrainment research.
Choose session durations (10–30 minutes) and relax in a dimly lit environment. Perfect for users seeking a unique wellness experience.
Warning: If you have any photosensitivity issue please consult a doctor before use the app. Use with eyes closed and position the device 10–20cm from your face.
